1. Returns and Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 

2. Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including: 

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards 
  • Personalized or customized products 
  • Bathing suits and swimwear 
  • Items on Sale 

4. Defective or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.  

6. Exceptions:

Our Retail Refund Policy may be subject to change during special promotions, clearance sales, or other unique circumstances. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
